NXUI: Toolbox in page provider layouts

      Goal

      When configuring page provider layouts, the toolbox is offered for people to drag and drop widgets and provide consistency with docs and tasks layouts.

      The additional widgets needed (e.g. aggregates) are available from the toolbox.
