In Vocabularies, referenced CSV files should be download links and ability to trash

Currently, in Modeler, the information about vocabularies referencing CSV files is split between the Vocabularies tab (which CSV is linked to a Vocabulary) and the Resources tab (with download link of the CSV file and suppress CSV feature)

What is requested is that the features available in the Resources section be also available or be moved in the Vocabularies section in the form about CSV selection.
This would enable better tracking of which CSV and which content is tied to a vocabulary in Studio.
