Fix Branding Feature

Without the JSF UI dependency, the branding section is confusing and it is not clear if you can one or more configured branding

Steps to reproduce:

• in studio, make sure JSF UI is disabled
• in branding, use the action "new branding" to create a branding and save
• go back to the branding list
• the action "new branding" is not present anymore
• make a copy of the first branding

==> now there is an error message saying only one default branding is allowed
==> the "default branding" setting is not present in the view

• enable JSF
• go back to the first branding

==> there now is a checkbox "default branding" that you can uncheck

• disable JSF

==> the non default branding is not visible anymore
