Dialog to accept cookies displayed too often

The "This website uses cookies ...etc..." (see screen shot) dialog is displayed very often. I don't have a frequency, but I feel like it's once a day. I can't fond a pattern though.

Once logged in, if I log out and log in right after, no dialog. Was wondering it could be based on the url (on the project), but no.

But it's a bit annoying, I accepted the cookies many many times in the past month

(Did not clear history, or reset the browser, or connected from a private window etc.)

using Chrome latest.

Setting high backlog priority because it's annoying and if prospects have the same issue, it's annoying for them too
