Go to Vocabulary definition page after creation

**RANDOM**

When creating a new vocabulary, I remain on the main page instead of proceeding to the Vocabulary definition page.

Steps to reproduce:

• Click on Vocabularies.
• Click on New.
• Create a new simple vocabulary.
  => I remain on the Vocabularies main page.
  => The new vocabulary is listed with the other existing vocabularies.

 Expected behavior:

• I should be taken to a page to define the vocabulary.

Cannot be reproduced every time.
