Generify comment step in contract.js - Studio-WebUI itests

We are already using the fixtures to set the value, so we should easily have a generic step to access workflow layouts and its fields:

- contract.js:

Then('I can write the comment: {string}', function (text) {

Note: after resolving this, replace this and the initial comment step for the new created
