Dublincore labels are not translated in layouts

      Description

      when bootstrapping a layout with view designer, the dublincore widget labels are hardcoded in english instead of using the translation function and translation key from webui

      to reproduce:

      • create a custom doc type in studio
      • generate the layouts in view designer

      => Title and Description labels are hardcoded in English
