Fix platform version not showing after checking out a newly created branch

Steps to reproduce:
1. In branch management, create a branch.
2. Checkout the newly created branch.
3. Notice how the status bar doesn't show the current target platform version, even though you can click the area to navigate to Application Definition.

This is not reproducible every single time, but more often than not, it will happen.
