Improve stack view (the left view)

When clicking on a stackview title the view should be expanded or collapsed (and the other view expanded when a view is collapsed).
(for this we may need to implement a custom stackpanel widget - since the GWT default one is not very flexible)
Also, update the stack view headers styles to be more visibile (may be adding an icon too for each view)
