Fix frozen tab in Designer when accessing document layouts in resources

      Description

      Using Firefox 67

      Create a doctype
      Configure its layouts in Designer
      Go to Designer resources tab
      Open the document layouts folder

      Try to access anything
      => the tab is blocked, you can't click anywhere anymore and have to close the tab
      => Nothing appears in the console log
