Fix studio not loading with empty workflow metamodel xml document

      Description

      Pedro Gonçalves had his sandbox (pgoncalves-SANDBOX) not loading because of a .metadata/WorkflowTest.worflow.xml file containing only 

      <workflow id="WorkflowTest" version="1.2"/>

      The problem was fixed by reverting the last commit wit git access.

      Anyway, this should not have happen in the first place, 2 things are to be done:

      • Find the cause of the generation of an empty workflow metamodel
      • Prevent all the studio project from crashing when there is only one failing feature
