Fix Designer not loading when page provider has same name as a schema

      In Modeler

      • Create a schema named gsk
      • Create a page provider named gsk

      Try to open Designer
      => Designer doesn't load

      console:

      Unhandled promise rejection TypeError: "predicateSchema.fields[predicate.paramId] is undefined"
