Auto configure create layout with a "drop zone" when a document has the file schema

When a document type has the file schema, once configuring its layouts in Designer,  the create layout generated devons not have a drop zone to allow for dropping a file in the layout.

When scafolding the layout, Designer should insert a nuxeo-dropzone, or a nuxeo-file bound to file:content
