WF Endpoint anchors appear on top of Status Bar

Description

When committing in Workflow Editor, workflow endpoint anchors appear on top of Status Bar.

This is because the z-index of anchors are set to "auto", while the z-index of dialog is 103. See screenshots statusbar.png and anchor.png, and video workflow-nodes-z-index-higher-than-statusbar.webm for inspection detail.

Reproduction

1. Go to Workflow Editor
2. Edit a workflow
3. Save by clicking the commit button
4. Observe the screen, anchors are still showing on top of the Status Bar
