Modeler - Consistent contextual help between Modeler and Designer

In order to

• provide a consistent help experience
• make sure people can read the help and click on links contained in it

In Modeler, a polymer element is used instead of the GWT help

• It opens a fixed-size popup that can contain both text and links, when content is too big a vertical scrollbar is offered
• The popup is closed when I click outside of it
• Popup is shown inside the visible part of the screen even when I click on the help for a property that is on the bottom of the page for instance

Analytics for Modeler are still available after the change (nothing new, just iso behavior as before)

The icon is changed to the same information icon both in Modeler and Designer
