Fix trashed state warning not showing when JSF is not selected in AppDef

      Description

      After NXS-4955, a warning is supposed to be shown when there's the use of ecm:currentLifeCycleState and 'deleted' for (10.3+). However, it seems that this warning currently only shows up if JSF UI is selected in Application Definition.
