Configure View Layout should include document type elements

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a custom document type, foo.
• In foo's schema, add a custom field, bar.
• Go to Designer.
• Click on the configure buttons for each of the custom document's layouts.

=> Create, Edit, Import and Metadata layouts all configure as expected, with Document, Title and bar elements.

=> View layout configures with only nuxeo-document-viewer and nuxeo-document-attachments.
