Add contextual help for validate form option

      Description

      In workflows, when editing a node (resolution actions tab) the validate form option is not obvious and needs contextual help

      When this option is disabled, the workflow engine will not check for required fields before submitting the form. An example use case is [implementing a "save work in progress" button](https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/how-to-save-work-in-progress-task/ in a new page) that allows a user to finish filling the form later.
