Improvements on JSF Migration

Small improvements on JSF migration based on feedback collected from dev sharing session:

1. Add a default icon for searches generated from migrating Content Views to Page Providers -> if it is a search content view, then the generated search (left menu entry) should use a default icon and add an entry on the report to update the icon

3. Add a default label to searches as the result of migration content views to page providers.

3. When using externally referenced form layouts in document types, workflows, etc. we should use two-way binding instead of single-binding in create and edit modes, otherwise it will prevent adding and editing new documents.
