Allow negative order values for slot contributions in Designer

      Description

      Currently, when creating features in Designer that result in slot contributions for the Web UI (Tabs, Drawer items and menus, Buttons.), it's not possible to specify a negative order. To do so, users have to edit the bundle directly through the resources tab. The goal is to allow this on the UI editors.
