Fix uninstall of Studio hotreload package though nuxeoctl

Not sure if this is a Studio issue, and it's probably very old, but here are the steps to reproduce:

• install a Studio project through hotreload (in admin center or using the browser extension)
• stop your server
• uninstall the Studio package through nuxeoctl

The uninstall is a success but the jar is not removed from nxserver/bundles.

Note: strangely the uninstall in admin center (going to "Local Packages") does work correctly (and has been working correctly for a while).
