Extract git actions into a status bar

Git actions are now available in a status bar on the bottom of the page instead of the header, both in modeler and designer.
Status bar does not hide configuration made in Modeler or Designer.
Status bar also links to branch list with branh name and app def with the target platform.
Project menu only contains the download package link.
