Configure all missing layouts for a doctype at once

In Studio Designer:

When showing the layouts for a doctype I can press a configure missing layouts button.

if no layout is created yet:
=> creates all layouts for this doctype.
=> while layout creation is running, an indication is shown (e.g. button or page shows a progress indicator)
=> Once layouts are created they are shown as configured in the page.

if some layouts are already created:
=> only remaining layouts are created to prevent config override

if all layouts are already created:
=> button is disabled to prevent config override
