Fix hot reload on 10.3 date-based

ON PROD
In Studio

• Use Nuxeo Server 10.3 in app def + web ui
• Create a document type
• Create a layout for it
• Launch hot reload

=> Dependency check has failed for package [project-id]-0.0.0-SNAPSHOT (failed to resolve dependencies: Missing mapping for [project-id]-0.0.0-SNAPSHOT with target platform null)

Using nuxeoctl
=> no package listed when using 10.3 and mp-listall (should show studio package)

ON PREPROD
=> fails to hot reload saying package is not compatible although it is
=> does not show studio package in the list when using nuxeoctl mp-listall
