Registries from the Application Definition packages aren't taken into account

In Application Definition:

• Select Nuxeo Platform 10.3-SNAPSHOT as a Nuxeo Server Version (same with Nuxeo Platform LTS 2017).
• Add the Nuxeo Drive package.
• Save.

In Automation > Automation Chains:

• Create a chain
• Select the Services category

The NuxeoDrive.* operations aren't available.
