Migrate content views containing parameters

Using JSF to Web UI migration tool, content views containing parameters (? in the query + corresponding parameter) are not migrated.

As a user

• when my content view contains parameters, they are migrated as a predicate in a page provider (e.g. ecm:parentId = ? becomes predicate on ecm:parentId operator =)
• parameters are not handled for now (use case will be taken care of properly in a separate ticket)
• report contains a recommendation saying
