Migrate content view flag "search content view"

When the flag "search content view" is marked as true, upon Content View migration, we should create a new left drawer menu entry referencing the newly created page provider.

• When migrating a content view, a new left drawer menu entry referencing the newly created page provider is created
• When I deploy my configuration, I can search using the initial content view criteria and see the corresponding results columns
• If the content view references a table layout, its migration is skipped until NXS-4922 is done and indicated in the report

  Content View "[content view id]" was skipped: migration tool cannot handle table layouts yet.

• When content view has the document content flag enabled, it should be ignored for now (not supported in web-ui) and issue a warning to the report.

  "Document content" option was ignored: local configuration is not yet supported in Web UI.
