Fix cache for json registries

In our work around improving registries parsing, we kept existing caches, and added some.

One cache is buggy, in the sense that it does not prevent reading the registry file on disk, which we want to avoid.

Also, it should be possible to cache registries computation for JSON content parsing, thanks to the hash of the content.
