      Description

      GOAL
      Align VD on new responsive document actions : a label will be needed so that they are shown properly in the drop-down menu.

      Update custom element templates for dialog and script actions as well.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • When targeting Nuxeo Server 10.3+ in Studio, the label field is required in Designer actions using nuxeo-operation-button
