Remove completely target platform stuff from studio

      Description

      This is not to say that they won't be used in studio, rather that the reference will now completely be in the marketplace.

      Studio should use the market place APIs to get information about target platforms.

      We have to check the studio header element values. If we remove the last TPS usage, we'll have to update its behavior.
