Fix QuickSwitcher last things

      Description

      In order to release the QuickSwitcher, we have removed the modal dialog and add @Ignore to the DesignerServiceTest.

      TODO :

      • Solve performance on big projects (vif-plim / dam-solution-nuxeo) -> NXS-4903
      • Add back the modal dialog that does not work properly on designer
      • Try to make the DesignerServiceTest pass on Jenkins
      • Prevent DesignerService from loading in StudioFeature because it increase the build time a lot
