Test Workflow node id generation

Following NXS-4832, a lot of changes were introduced to the workflow node id generation. This should be properly tested to avoid future regressions.
Candidate scenarios: verify node ids when creating a new workflow, when duplicating a workflow, when dragging and dropping a node from the palette (if that's testable), etc.
