Allow Studio user to contribute his own document_thumbnail_listing layout

When creating a content view a user can Reference an existing table layout (with the option of using his own custom layout) and check the box for Display layout mode selection which generates a document_thumbnail_listing layout. Users should be able to reference their own custom document_thumbnail_listing layout.
