Use marketplace registries instead of local ones

This is the last step for NXCONNECT-1987 where studio uses market place as its reference for registries and removes all its configuration around those registries.

Note that this does not mark the end of locally defined resources, if all goes as planned, then we'll try to extend the system to catalog and other resources.
