Reverse builder platform relationship declaration

      Description

      Today, we declare which builders are available for every platforms and packages.

      Instead, we'd like to declare builders for a range of existing platforms/packages.

      Once done, we also have to change the behavior of Application Definition, so that it can chose any available version in the marketplace, even for packages that we provide support for.

      Proposed tasks

      • Create new extension point for builders, with resolver depending on platform/packages
      • Create builders contrib for this XP
      • Plug the new builders resolver in place of the old (remove old too)
      • Adds 10.3-SNAPSHOT + Packages to see if this works as expected
