Fix configuration not saved when using shortcut buttons

In Modeler
Create a page provider
Add configuration (e.g. predicates, aggregates)
Press on configure layouts in Designer

=> Configuration is lost

Expected: user should be prompted, or if not possible configuration should be saved automatically before leaving for Designer
NB: similar shortcut in document type leads to the same effet
