Fix Designer not loading due to text length constraint on property

In Studio Modeler

• Create a workflow
• Add a workflow variable of type string
• Add a text length constraint on wf variable (e.g. min & max length = 14)
• Add two task nodes (problem only shows up when there are >= 2 tasks)
• Go to Designer

=> Layouts do not load and an error appears in the console

Expected: Designer should load normally
