Fix versioning in Studio

It is not yet possible to release a Studio project more than 10.0.0

Example:

Moreover, when releasing a minor version of the project after lets say 2.9.0, Studio is returning back the same error. It could be nice to handle this minor upgrade to a major one.

This issue doesn't let the generator-nuxeo tests to pass.
