Stabilize JSF migration

The goal is to stabilize the JSF migration to prepare for initial merge.

Tasks to consider in the scope of the ticket:

• In layout migration add skip messages to attributes that are not possible to handle ("templates" for now)
• Add the Studio version to the migration report for support and tracking purposes
• Review location of migration screen and conditions to start it
• Prevent migration from starting in WIP state
• Consider BM in migration by creating a migration branch (and respective tags)
