Scaffold dc:title and dc:description with better default options and element

      Description

      When scaffolding a layout:

      • dc:title is not marked as required but not filling it in the UI will cause an error
      • dc:description is generated with a nuxeo-input element

      Expected / AC

      • Make dc:title required by default when generating a layout or drag and dropping the property
      • Make dc:description a nuxeo-textarea by default, not a nuxeo-input
