Reduce Studio landing page loading time

Steps to reproduce:

• On Windows 10, open Chrome in Incognito mode and/or clear cache.
• Navigate to https://nos-test-connect.nos.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/studio/ide?project=ftest and log in with the credentials (mentioned in private comment on this ticket).
  => From login to the full loading of the landing page, it takes approximately 1m 15s.
• Click on Designer button.
  => From click to full loading of Designer page, it takes approximately 30s.

After some time, navigation within the application becomes faster, but if I clear the cache again, I can reproduce the problem.

It should be noted that the project is not particularly large. There is one custom document with an SVG icon and a translation file.
