Allow save shortcut in Designer text editor

When editing text files, people are used to the Ctrl+S (Cmd+S in Mac) to quickly save the changes made to the current file. Currently, if a user uses that shortcut by mistake, instead of saving the file, it triggers the browser default behaviour (download web page as html). The goal is to prevent that behaviour and trigger the save instead.
