Fix incorrect SVG doctype icon name format

After setting the SVG icon of a doctype in modeler and exporting the bundle, the icon is placed in the correct directory and with the correct name, only missing the appropriate format. Web UI expects the name of the SVG icon to be the same as the DocType id, but lowercase. Therefore, currently it only works correctly for DocTypes which have an all lowercase id.
