Save button labels should be consistent

Using Basic commit preferences, the Save button is labelled Save on every page in Studio.

Using Advanced commit preferences, the Save button is labelled Save work in progress in Modeler, but it's still Save in Designer. The labels between Modeler/Designer should be consistent unless the behavior of the button is different.
