Git restrictions

As a / an Nuxeo staff member I want to Be sure users can't:

• Handle branches
• Handle tags
• Handle changes to Modeler files
  using Git access so that Studio conventions are kept and the project keeps working.

As a / an Nuxeo Studio user I want to Avoid the project's history to be rewritten so that I can keep doing reverts in my configuration as Studio allows me to usually

As a / an Nuxeo Studio user I want to Push commits to feature branches only so that I don't create potential discrepancies between the Studio UI and my latest commits
