Warn about missing step attribute in Designer

      Given I use the 9.10 TP

      • When an existing element of the layout is missing the step attribute, add a validation warning saying:

        Element for property [property name] is missing the attribute step. You can switch to code and add step="0.01" in the element to fix this.
