Fix broken workflow loading when a Designer layout is configured

REPRODUCTION STEPS

• Follow the tutorial at https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/simple-workflow-example/

=> After having created the layouts in Designer and going back to modeler, an error appears when loading the workflow. Workflow can't be loaded anymore, it is totally broken.

EXPECTED

• Workflow should load normally.
