Make it possible to deploy a filter on top of Content view

When adding a "content view tab" on a document type, I should be able to specify whether I want a filter to be displayed on top of it.
Note I have no idea whether this information should be set on the content view or in the interface where we add the tab. I would tend to choose the latter one.
