Fix generic option positioning for left menu items

When creating something from the UI menu in Designer:

• Generic option is shown at bottom in left menu items

• Generic option is shown on top in:
  • document pages
  • main menu pages
  • actions

• Position the "Page" option for left menu items on top of the list
• Update help to show "Page" option on top of the help box and keep consistency with the creation options order
