Update Incorrect Links to University

The University link should be updated on Designer, in the Form layouts. `https://university.nuxeo.com/learn/public/course/view/elearning/80/document-and-workflow-task-layouts-with-nuxeo-studio-designer` instead of `https://university.nuxeo.com/store/187249-document-and-workflow-task-layouts-with-nuxeo-studio-designer`

In the Studio Welcome page, all the links are not correct:
